If you are a foodie like me, you like to remember the places you eat and enjoyed. Some people like to photograph the food and I like make quick doodles. So I have started this sketching series where I would quickly illustrate the places and the food I have sampled with family or friends. Over the summer, we finally got a chance to check out Eatily in NYC. It's a visual and delicious feast that one should visit if ever in NYC. Go early to try to beat the crowds.
this is so cute!!! love the illustrations! do you know i've walked through there so many times, but never actually eaten anything? it's such an overwhelming place!! one of these days i'll stuff my face there :)
ReplyDeleteyeah...it's too crazy in there unless you go in early enough. the desert section is AMAZING! The lasagna had the thinnest noodle I've ever seen. So funny how we both are into illustrating our food adventures. Love your post and take on the Hungry Caterpillar! Great minds think alike!
