So I got a bunch of these playful multi-color
pencils at an office supply store over the holidays as stocking stuffers for my my kids, nephews and nieces. The other day, while having "drawing time" with the kids, guess who had all the fun? Me. Sketching with kids in general is a nice exercise to restore creative juices in your brain. The silly conversations and laughs you take part in helps with any stress in your life. There is no pressure to meet a deadline or fulfill a creative brief. Just let you mind flow. Quality time with the kids plus a moment for you to chill? What a great combo.
